I remember... that there were people that I healed as I traveled, but I do not remember their specific faces. And then there is one more specific face that I do recall -- a young man who lives here in the city, actually.

That's what I meant, people in the city. I've not remembered anyone I recognize yet, but I know some other people have.

Yes. And it brings up the question of whether or not we once came from the same world.

With the young man I mentioned, I think we've decided that we have. [Assuming all of this isn't one mass hallucination, but he's starting to doubt it now.] We even share the exact same memory, as we've come to realize just a few days ago.

I haven't decided assuredly either way, so speaking about it isn't an issue for me.

[A shrug of his shoulders, exaggerated.] The real anwer is, I don't know. Some say our memories are a different "us", merely residing in an alternate universe. Some of us think these are past lives, with memories of such playing in our heads.

Both of those don't explain why they're imposing their memories or eyes on us.
