When I refer to a feline-related error, I was not speaking about you. Perhaps you've never owned a house cat before. I suppose that would be odd.

Is that so? I don’t mind cats, and I personally have never found it odd to own one, but I can see how that might seem. My lifestyle simply never allowed for the keeping of a pet.

Perhaps he was simply trying to impress? The truth is not often required to do just that much.
