He remembers a creature, a giant sea snake like Noctis had described, its rage tearing across a city. A storm of anger and a literal tidal wave, every writhing movement heralding destruction. Enough to inspire the greatest degree of fear in anyone, and yet he felt none of it.
He remembers Noctis there, at a distance. Back on the ground, sorely tired and defeated. Looking at him with eyes burning in anger.
He remembers... a girl. Dressed in white from head to toe, until he slipped a blade into her, staining it with red. He had smiled, then, as she looked at him. Eyes widening with shock, but there was something else there.
Pity.
"When the prophecy is fulfilled, all in thrall to darkness shall know peace."
A flash of something terrible. That sorrow again, and anger.
"How sweet... But please, Lady Lunafreya. You first.
A name to go with the face.]
Lady Lunafreya... [His breath is barely above a whisper, his eyes still faraway.]
