And no, that's not the only reason. He wants to die -- he had died, finally, but now here he is again, living and breathing -- and Noct is the only one who could provide him peace after those endless millennia.)
[that's all prompto can really make of the entire situation. he's not prepared--nor made--to handle the likes of the lucis caelum family drama. there's no room for him in it, either way, outside of being noctis' partner and companion throughout whatever prophecy noctis has got to follow through.]
