[he's catching his breath, looks down at his hands, and finds himself still shaking.]
[it's still way too early in the morning, still dark out, when prompto decides to sit himself in the front porch against the door. the motion-sensor light flickers on, but he pays it no heed. rufus keeps whining before settling on prompto's lap.]
[that was a scary dream. he can't remember what it was, as it tends to happen with dreams, but he can't shake the feeling of fear for his life away. he closes his eyes, and tries to rest. he'll head back when the sun's out.]
